The owners manual and 3 BodyDome exercise videos provide a variable selection of exercises to follow. Yoga and Pilates exercises can also be done using the BodyDome and the system includes a core-training program to follow. If you were to exercise at least ten minutes a day, you could lose up to twenty pounds in just one month; however, you must also follow a healthy diet. Results may vary and not everyone loses weight at the same rate. The BodyDome comes fully assembled, it just needs to be inflated with the air pump that is included with the package. Weight limit for the BodyDome is 250 lbs. Also the unit itself weighs 15 pounds.
